Unfortunately naming and shaming is prohibited on the Forum per the Forum Rules
I agree on a personal level that this behaviour is unacceptable, and expect staff to have the same opinion.
To report this, and other such examples, take a screenshot of the behaviour and pass it along to support via the in game methods:
To the questions mentioned about sgg freezing out Russian accounts, that’s not entirely what has happened. They’ve simply put a location restriction on the Google and Apple stores regarding their game downloads/ updates. Which means that they can’t access updates if their IP reports from those locations.
It can be worked around however which is why there are many Russian players still in game.
