Yes, there’s confirmation that it will be Fables of Grimforest, from a few posts ago in this thread:

No, the new Challenge Event heroes won’t be released yet. We’ll start with the improved Pirates of Corellia Event once it’s ready (no ETA yet but hopefully in the coming months). We’ll inform players before that happens.
