Is it worth keeping 4stars heroes for Hero Academy?

I started to keep the legendary heroes to exchange them in the Hero Academy, but i was wondering, is it worth to keep the 4stars as well?

The current betas of the Hero Academy don’t have an option to change 4*s. You might hold on until it gets into production, as betas tend to change, but it doesn’t look promising.

Personally, I have decided to keep everything until the hero academy has been released to see what is best.
But as said above it doesn’t look promising for duplicate 4* heroes

Edit … now going to start a cull and feed to ascending 5*
