Can somebody enlighten me about this harpoon thing, is there a chance it can drop as a loot? Thanks in advance for the answer 
As far as I know, no.
To produce harpoons you have to build a hunterslodge in your stronghold ( lv. 21 ) and the research harpoon.

They never talked about it in Beta but maybe concider this as it is common to get other materials that can be also produced by yourself as loot.
Thanks, but there are so much mats we need to produce those harpoon…just wishing they will drop some of it in wanted missions

I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out it’s possible, but it’s worth keeping in mind that Giant Harpoons are 4* 5* items — so I wouldn’t expect them to drop very often if they even can at all.

So is Giant Harpoons the only 4* item in Hunters Lodge? I was under the impression that all of them would be 5* items.

Yes. All of the rest are 5* items. Only the Giant Harpoon is a 4* item.
EDIT: This changed from Beta, Giant Harpoons are 5* items now too.

Does that mean harpoon can be used in Legendary challenge events? 
I think the Giant Harpoon is actually listed as a 5* Item.

You’re right, that appears to have changed from Beta.
It’s a 5* item now.
@Mariamne FYI, Giant Harpoons are 5* now, that should be updated on your guide when you get a chance.

I want to know if there are minimum stars in titan to drop titan parts using harpoon?
At least in Beta, they dropped starting with 1* Titans, as long as the required number of Giant Harpoons were used.
But the number of Titan Parts that drops appears to be tied to the Loot Tier, which means lower star Titans will drop fewer.
