Is it possible to adjust percentage?

I know that the developer create the game to earn money and make funny to player. In summon gate to get heroes, is it possible to adjust the percentage shown in appearance rate to get heroes/troops (4*, 5*) ?

It maybe make game more funny, not boring to wait develop heroes or spend money to buy gems and get back un-worth heroes.
