If War Match alliances are different sizes, do all players get to participate or is someone left out?

i have a question , is normal if my alliance is 30/30 and the opponents are 29/30 … that one of my players can not participate in the war ??

Everyone will be able to participate. There will just be an unequal number of players on the field. The war matching algorithm has a correction factor that tries to adjust for unequal sizes in the matchmaking process.

Yeah … no body likes to be left on side because the opportunities are one man less
