I124Q is an open alliance . only requirement is be active, use at least 3 flags on each titan and contribute in war.
we normally face 4 and 5 star titans with an occasional 6 star.
this is a good place for beginners to learn.

yes, we police titan flags. we have a few newer players that don’t have 6 teams yet so they use 4 or 5 of their flags and everyone else uses all 6.
we have been removing inactive older players and rebuilding with active players
