I won my raid and it took points off and lost a raid token due to the server just kicked me out because of lost connection . I feel I deserve those points back and showing I killed five of my opponents character.
@VirgoLadyJ Historically, I’ve never seen SG refund or change accounts due to lost connections. I know that’s frustrating, but typically the responses I’ve heard of have not been that the account was changed.
That said, questions with accounts are not reviewed on this forum by SG. If you want to review the losses with SG you should submit a support ticket. You can do this in-game as shown in the below screenshot. Good luck!
