I have put a $25 Google Play card on my Google account but when I am in the game, it doesn’t give me the access to the card money that I loaded to my google account. Is this money lost? Is there not a way to delete my credit card info from google play (i’ve tried and it won’t let me) so I can access the money I put on the google account so I can buy stuff in E&P?

Help, I want to buy the Atlantis heroes!!!

We have one that can’t buy anything on because my son put it on his school account. The school won’t allow them to do that. Could this be the same with your account? If so I am sorry. It will take awhile without gems but can be done.

and confirm you see the $25 under “payment methods”.
