I’ve been trying to figure where was the support button in game but when I go to options > support, it opens a web page in my browser displaying the FAQ.
I paid 2 times (the money was taken from my paypall account) but didn’t get anything. The screen still shows 4 available …
There’s definitely an issue with the algorithm in Atlantis Summons. I bought the 4 packages allowed of gems and Atlantis tokens. Today of 12 summons that I did, 11 3 star heroes (got 3 Banes in a row) and one 4 Star heroe. Honestly I’m so disappointed of this game, main reason why people is moving to another platforms and shutting down Empire & Puzzles accounts because this issue is becoming more common. I hare when really good games start to become penny hoarders for customers who are spending money to have fun. It’s a bittersweet sweet taste to swallow. So disappointed!!
Have you looked at the published probabilities for the summoning gate? The probability of getting a 5* hero is really low, but the chance of a 3* hero is quite high.
There’s a 71% chance of getting a 3* on a summoning, and a 26.5% chance of getting a 4*, and only a 3.8% chance of a 5* (including the HOTM draw). So 11 3* and 1 4* is about a 7% chance (1 in 15 times). It’s definitely frustrating, but that’s the way summoning is set up.
I also made purchases with the Atlantis special sale offer then I signed off, but when I went back to the game a couple hours later all the gems I bought were gone but my bank account was deducted. How do I report this issue or het the gems I paid for? any help with info will be apricated.
