I lost my account, please help me!

guys I need help. I lost my account. Support team do not answer:-)
I do install game on second mobile, also connected with same FB profile and nothing. LVL 1.
Do you know what to do?

Hi @Edinmion

Have you tried checking that your Google Play account (Android devices) or your Game Center ID (iOS devices) is signed in on the game? Open the game and go to Settings. Make sure that it says you’re signed in.
