As the title says, I lost 20 world energy doing the final part of Morlovia when the server went down. I’d greatly appreciate some form of reimbursement please.

It seems unlikely that SG will reimburse people for replenishable resources like world energy. That said, your best bet is to file a support ticket. They are the ones who can deal with individual account issues. If you need help doing that, just let me know and I’ll walk you through it.
