I have a person in our alliance that can't level to 24 on his Stronghold

We have a person in our alliance that can’t level up his stronghold to 24 and how I’m going to level mine to 24 as soon as I get done with 23 is there something that has to be done to get your stronghold to 24 that I am missing don’t know how to really say it but I thought if you could store the iron you could keep building your stronghold thank you very much and have a good day

lvl 24 SH isn’t available yet. lvl 23 is the current maximum SH lvl.

Also, your title says watchtower, not stronghold FYI.
