Close (reset) and re-open the game. It may be just a visual bug

From day 1 it’s not there for me, I’m at level 47 playing since Jan 2020
There are certain countries in which the global chat is not available. From your name I am assuming that you are playing from India, which is one of those countries. But, you can still use a VPN to gain access to it. Hope this helps.

Ya I’m from India, so there is no fix I have to use VPN to have global chat that’s crazy.
