I can’t get into my account on my phone and iPhone!

Can’t get into game on either iPhone or iPad! My wifi is fine! I can play other games and access other apps. I was on only 2 hours ago! Have force started and no go! Are you aware of this problem?

I cannot enter my game too, second week on now. I wrote several inquiries via internet contact form. No one answers. What is happening that no one answers my inquiries despite the fact that I provide all information required, even those that are optional, and after having sent those inquiries I get the confirmation that “my message was received”?

Same thing. Game crashes as soon as I open it
