Good evening when updating the game I lost my account in which I was at level 14 player’s name César was yesterday August 31 about 14:30 or so in Spain for more than start in play game as Facebook did not recover me I wish you could have recovered it.

The best way to get your account fixed is to send a support ticket to Small Giant’s support team directly. go to https://smallgiant.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new , and click on Send Request in the top right corner of the screen.
