Amelia means forum badgets. You can get one e.g. when somebody likes your comment.

Some of the badges are awarded for things like filling out the profile; those have links. Otherwise, just meet the requirements shown under each badge.
Some badges are only awarded by staff; in particular Regular, Moderator and Game Expert cannot be earned directly.
