I’m not sure how to fix that, unfortunately, particularly since I’m on iOS, so my experience with Google Play accounts is very limited.
@Robkirky1 I’m not sure if this is a question for Small Giant Support, or Google Support. I think usually most issues with accounts and billing get directed to Google.
I’d suggest contacting both:

I think @Rigs is right, though, that you won’t hear back fast enough to purchase current offers.
I don’t know if the suggestion of getting Google Play cards might work for you in the meantime. It sounds like the wrong account is associated with your E&P game possibly, so I’m not sure how that works.
