Greetings all. I was wondering if there was a way for a regular user to private message (pm) another user, and if so, how? Thanks in advance, mates. 
No, not in game. It’s been requested a lot, but the devs are understandably worried it could lead to harassment. That’s one of the reasons most of us use the Line app to message other players.

I don’t mean in game. I mean in the forum. As an example, I carried on some private correspondence with a moderator, but I’m wondering if only they (mods) can do it, or if we all can.

If you u use an @ like for Dante then I would get a copy of this message to my private E-Mail account…this might be a little help but your comments are off Topic and flagged then…also thought about to open a Topic just for this kind of messages but I guess it would more be a spam chat…
