How do I get recruits, new to game. Can’t train because of no recruits. Help
Just beat map stages and they’ll come.

Having a problem getting past 7 in the Ruins of Skytheim. I have Layla, Bane, Hou Sha June, and Azar. Lost other hero’s leveling up these.

Keep replaying earlier map levels for experience, loot and recruits. 8-7 is the best bang for your buck

To elaborate, there is no rush to complete the entire map. Replay levels you can beat easily to collect experience, loot, and recruits. Use the loot to level up your stronghold and training camp, use the recruits to train new heroes, and use the new heroes to train up your team.
If you’re at least level 4, join an alliance that will help you grow and learn.

Actually, since the OP passed that already, 9-1 gives off the best XP/Flag.
@Aur, you gotta keep grinding. Keep producing heroes, leveling up your things, and eventually, stages that were hard will become easier.

9-1 is better experience, but 8-7 is more recruits per flag

And my preference is still 6-8.
Aur, there is no one way to play this game. My choice was to pay some money for gems. There is a special once a month that sells gems at a rate of 200 per dollar. Use this once to buy say 1000 gems and you will be able to get three epic summons which gives three heroes of 3* or more.
Then, attack map. When you hit a hard level, farm the lower levels mentioned as this will give you assets needed to grow team to move higher

I rotate between 6-8, 7-4, 8-7, 12-9, 16-9, 20-4, and 23-9 when I have 5 loot tickets to use up or I’m close to leveling for a titan.

Yes, aur, you to can use loot tix at high levels one day. Personally, almost six months in game and have not completed the map.

The game is a grind.
What I did when I started was play the map until it got too difficult. The as they said above go back and farm to get materials, recruits, XP, feeder heros, etc and level up my team a bit more then move on with the map.
As you progress your heros will become stronger, you will get new ones, and be able to get through other parts of the game. You will see your team grow and heros change quite often.
Don’t level too many at one time once you get going. I pick one of each color and max them or get them as far as I can. You will see all the talk about ascension items for 4 and 5* difficult to get.
For now pick a core team and work on them. Worry about everything else later.
