Boldtusk is a very good tank at the level where you are at, so you should stack on blue against him. Try leveling Valen fast, he is a very good 3* sniper/debuffer. Also you should consider using more heroes with offensive special skills, in this setup only bane and colen (but he is slow) can deal dmg with the special, it wont be enough against a tank like BT. So in this case level Valen and replace Hawkmonn with him
