Playing for about 7 months now and I think I spent approxymately 25-30 Euro a month…not planning to stop so I guess this will go on for a while

About $90 total over 11 months. Probably won’t be spending much more, but we’ll see how my next few summons go. If the game keeps giving me 3* heroes, I see no logical reason to keep giving them my money.

Was speed crazy at the beginning. Now I’m strictly 50$ a month. Although I may go a bit over during AR…until I get my two missing heroes!!

I am but a minnow in a sea filled with whales.

No wonder my cups are always getting gobbled up.

haha, about that missing heroes, same for me :-), if Ariel will come to my roster one day maybe the spending will be a slightly less.

I know it’s too much but I prefer not to know the sum.

Too much.

Starting out likely around $50/month. Now that I’ve got a pretty deep hero bench I only pick away at the cheapest offers that only cost a few bucks.

Eh, I may gasp with awe and disbelief when I see people posting that they’ve spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on the game, because that just sounds insane to me with my current budget. But if you have the extra money to spend, as long as you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth and you’re not putting yourselves into debt or neglecting more important things that you should be paying for instead, more power to you. :man_shrugging:

EDIT: Full disclosure, while I don’t overspend on gaming, I do spend plenty of money on other stupid things that I probably don’t really need. To each their own.

Been playing around 5 months. Started off slow with the gems, but ended up at a point where I’ve averaged around $125 or so a month. I have a some decent heroes now tho, so that’ll slow down considerably since you can’t level any of them anyway with how rare mats are.

I am part of a Magic the Gathering playgroup, so I spend consistently on that. We’ve been a bit more lax about the group over the past few months, tho, so I’ve diverted my spending to E&P for now. lol

The thing is you cant judge people for spending alot of money on something that brings them joy.

Some people gamble, some people drink booze, some people take drugs, its their own money and if they enjoy something let them spend it on what they want.

Ive spent about $250 in 4 months and I only try and buy the cheap deals now and VIP pass. But as soon as the game stops being fun to me i wont spend a cent and will probably stop playing it.

That’s exactly it. I probably would spend more on this game if I didn’t have such bad luck on pulls. I’m not a fan of RNG. Same reason why I don’t gamble often. I maybe go to a casino once a year, with $100 or so of “disposable income”, and I go in fully prepared and knowing that I’m probably going to lose it all (I usually do, though when I do win, I leave immediately and put my winnings directly back into my bank account). Since hero summons are much like a casino, I know I’m probably not going to win, so I am reluctant to buy gems. But for someone who likes the excitement of not knowing what they’re going to get, if you’re willing to spend your money and gamble with RNG because it’s fun for you and you believe you have a shot at getting those good heroes? Gamble away. As long as you’re having fun doing so. It’s just kind of amusing when people come to the forum to complain that they spent $xxx trying to pull a Guin or Gravemaker or whatever and didn’t get one. That’s the risk you take. I personally don’t like taking risks, so I keep my spending moderate and my expectations low.

Exactly. I used to live in 'Vegas and would spend $65 a week on a small poker tournament that I never expected to win. Sometimes I would, and that was gravy. Even if I didn’t win, I still had fun for a few hours. I don’t go out drinking, etc., so this is what I spend on. Like you guys said… “To each their own.”.

Strict f2p here. Not a single cent in this game in about a year of playing. That probably explains why my roster is not so impressive. Currently I have:

Maxed legendary:
Vivica (talent + 4)
Marjana (talent + 5)
Sartana (talent + 4)

Unleveld legendary:
Thorne
Obakan

Maxed epic:
Boldtusk (talent + 10)
Melendor (talent + 7)
Grimm (talent + 8)
Proteus (talent + 7)
Proteus #2
Wilbur (talent + 4)
Li Xiu (talent + 2)
Rigard
Colen
Kiril
Gadeirus
Cyprian
Triton (talent + 2)
Gretel
Gafar
Caedmon
Little John (4/57)

Epics at 3/60:
Kelile
Sabina
Kashhrek
Wu Kong
Gobbler
Agwe
Danzaburo

And then a bunch of maxed rare and unleveled epic heroes. Like I said, not a super fancy roster; not even one HOTM. But I am having fun with what I have and contributing positively in an amazing alliance. All cheers!

Your roster is better than mine, I only have two 5* heroes and not even final ascended
And there are a few F2P members of my alliance who also have more 5* heroes than me. Spending money gives you more chances on pulls, but doesn’t guarantee better results. One player could do 10 pulls and get better heroes than another player doing 100 pulls. :man_shrugging:
