How many 1* or 2* feeders does it take to level a 3*, 4*, or 5* hero?

To get an idea of the cost. If you wanted to take 5x heroes from 3/60 to 4/70, and all your feeders came from 1x TC2, and you had 2x TC20 running… the TC20’s would produce 27 more heroes while you’re doing that.
