Elemental Chest Frequency - days tracking and results > estimated between 4 to 16 days

All, I know this is topic has been covered in various capacities but I am now tracking my chest completion to see if there is any rhyme or reason to the elemental chest frequency. I JUST completed my first cycle and wanted to post results.
