Rana, she is great for attack teams in raid and war. my Norns and Neith are still untouched.
the healing block is good, decent damage to 3 with dot stacking with the more popular fire and bleed damages… Would be good if you have some emblems for her…

Really tough call here. I’d probably do Rana. However I do like challenges and unlocking the key to using Norns would be a good one. Neith is Neith, super safe and you get what you expect with her.

Without knowing ANYTHING about your roster I voted Norns 
I like her in a 3-2 Yurple stack in offence. Also can give a leg-up in restricted element tournaments, not so much as Guardian Chameleon (who turns neutral into strong where norns turns weak into strong) but still comes in handy 
Wouldn’t rate any on defence

EDIT: I would have voted for Rana but since you already made your choice, that vote would have been moot and academic. I chose Rana because she is the only one of the very few holies out there with DOT.

neith is one of my fav heroes. i don’t get the hate towards her. she is amazing, not just an ordinary hotm
Yep. That is why some players, including me, don’t want her buffed since she is one fine HOTM already as she currently is.
I think she’s too subtle for many people’s taste. I only know I find her dead annoying on defence (especially flanking Telly!) and will take her out first if I get the chance.
