I have leveled up hisan to 50 the maximum level but it still keeps showing that he needs to be leveled.
Take a look at the 6/8 special.

Yes…but how can I increase that if it won’t let me add any more?
It will. The percentage increases drastically. One 1* green is 10% chance. 10 is 100%. 2* is 20% so only 5. Focus on leveling same color and you’ll easily get it. Need at least two more tries.
