Wow that’s crazy!! I noticed too that the higher my level is the longer it takes to level. I’d also like to know if that start date is correct.

Here’s another for everyone! This guy just joined the alliance I’m in & it makes me wonder why he wanted to be in a team where our players are nowhere close to his strength!! He claims he’s been playing over a year. So I ask you all, WHY would this guy join a low ranking team? Is it an ego boost? Does he actually work for SG & is just alliance hoping to see what everyone might be discussing or complaining about, etc? Lastly, if he’s been playing that long & is this strong, where’d he come from? Well, now you have a glimpse into how my brain functions :joy::rofl::joy:

A fair number of longer term players sometimes like to take a bit of a break and stroll through alliances for a bit. Sometimes they pick at random, and sometimes look for recruiting posts on the forum or Line. Back when we still had space available we hosted a couple for a bit.

It can be a break from being in a more competitive alliance, or they may be playing a bit less actively due to other commitments.

Talk to them! They’re not a spy. :wink: If they’re friendly, they likely have lots of info to share if you ask.

@zephyr1 :joy: that’s funny! I did ask how long he was playing & he told me. The alliance were in tends to be oddly quiet. I have a couple of people that I talk to in there but for most, they don’t say much, if anything lol

:joy: tbh @Cj82 our team leader IS only on here & there! When I questioned their “5 days active or get kicked” rule I was met by the co-leader basically saying that 5 of them are RL friends & that rule doesn’t apply to them :woman_facepalming:t2: Lol
There are 5 (myself included) of us that are in the USA (leaders are across the pond) that are all RL friends here. We’ve been debating starting our own alliance but we’ll see :wink:
