I wrote it in other thread, but for 3* best method for me that worked 100% on at least 10 heroes so far in getting 8/8 before 50 is feeding the single 1* hero of the same color for 2% chance. Seems silly, and it somewhat tedious and slow but seems to work.
Btw, in that post from today morning my Balthazar is 3/13 and 4/8, but right now few 1*'s later he’s 3/16 and 5/8 so I think he’ll be all good before 50.
