I will be the first to admit that when it comes to certain things I am slow to the party. With that being said could you explain what this new adjustment means. As an intelligent man that I am I’m going to need you to use small words 
It means nothing. Heroes are still the same.
Only difference is that the power is little lower (now it might represent their actual strength a little better), and that this might make war matchmaking little better as it works on team power.
