Hero not registered to use costumes

I was able to use the costume on Brienne she’s fully leveled. And now I am leveling her up while she’s in costume

There is a decent amount of general discussion here. I’d recommend using one of the other costume threads. Since this is resolved and not a bug, I’m going to close. Thanks to those who helped.
