Welp, I voted with the heroes I have… not many are winning…GO Quintus!!!
I was voting based on which hero I thought had a better design but it was obvious that people were voting based on the hero’s ability because the better Hero usually won the matchup

Reading through the comments, it sounds like there are a lot of reasons people are choosing one hero over another, which is interesting!
Justice - she is Stone Cold
Elena - She is all about equal opportunity
Joon - Hey Joon, don’t make it bad
Red Hood - loved the fairy tale as a kid
Domitia - badass artwork
Lianna - my favourite sniper
King Arthur - Excalibur!
Marjana - tough choice but I have Marjana
Sartana - my second favourite sniper
Lady Locke - Locke be a Lady tonight
Richard - steadfast Richard our leader through the seasons
Mad Hatter - weird special this one has, at least for fighting against
Vivica - the former Queen rock groupie
Horghall - another tough choice but I have Horghall
Thorne - tough choice but I have Quintus 
Isarnia - Winter is coming

The QOH vs hood seems incredible, the queen is a great hero, one of the 4 or 5 best sides of the game, should have left little.
I voted in fonction of my criteria and logic.

Love this, started after the bracket last year apparently. Red Hood vs QoH was a good one. But Red Hood prevailed for my vote.
Azlar vs Marjana is a tough matchup. I voted for Azlar because he looks cooler in the end xD

Sargasso - Vivica: Vivica , One of the best healers in the game
Horghall - Elkanen: Elkanen . Elkanen has more uses than Horghall
Quintus - Thorne: Quintus Thorne is basically a 4* hero in my opinion
Isarnia - Boss Wolf: Isarnia . If her special goes off it is game over most of the time
