From summons it’s a 1.5% chance to get a Legendary summon and a 1.3% for HOTM. If you use elemental portals it’s a 2.5% at 5*.
I dont know if anything with the game changed, or if my luck changed. I have had much more success with the Atlantis hero drops this cycle. If the drop rates changed, THANK YOU!
