I encountered a hero bug on a raid 1-24-19. Match was my Elena and Domitia vs. opposing Melendor. Elena had reflect up, and Melendor cast his regular attack, taking out himself and Elena, leaving my Domitia still alive. The match was then ended in my opponents favor.

Sometimes I put my phone down and come back to it to find I’ve lost.

No, there was no lost connection, and no time out. It was a cut and dried in and out, nothing went amiss except for the accounting of who won the raid.
I think, but cannot confirm since I was not expecting a bug, that it initially announced victory at the close of the raid, and then proceeded to remove cups and show my opponent as the Victor on the following page.
