Hero battle experience

How about this: a hero gets experience for leveling based on its performance. You can still train them with feeders as you did before, but imagine if they also got leveled from achieving certain milestones or contributions to your matches.
Say you get 1-to-10 experience points for damage dealt with special. Grimm deals 1800 damage, gets 180 exp (same color 1* worth, if memory serves).

Devs can adjust the ratios and values as they see fit, but the idea is to reward heroes for being used. That may encourage players to use unleveled heroes early on instead of feeding them for weeks before they ever see any playtime.
