I think Farrah is reasonably well-balanced overall
I think Farrah is excessively weak, and needs a buff (increase of their strength)
I think Farrah is excessively strong, and needs a nerf (decrease of their strength)
I’m not sure yet

If you think Farrah is well-balanced, too strong, or too weak — why?
Are there specific, concrete suggestions you’d make to the game designers to alter Farrah ? Or are there specific reasons you think they should remain unchanged?
Purpose of this thread:
To provide an aggregate place for the topic here on the forum; thus preventing there being a million threads popping up. And to provide an actual set of impartial votes rather than a Ideas & Feature Requests which has no real voting.
In short, to neaten the forum and to give players and outlet for their thoughts on his balance without bogging down the rest of the forum or the other Farrah thread.
im against any nerf to be honest, especially after hero comes to game
i was more then surprised that hero comes with buff in live game after we all in beta saying its too strong even before buff
I don’t agree with nerfs and would prefer balance at release. I dont think shes as devastating as people are saying…went up against her a few times now and she’s the first to get taken out, not that difficult, really … tbh the pet owl is way more annoying
She was strong in beta. She’s even stronger now. She’s quite amazing. But is she really better than so many other heroes that are out there? I don’t think so.
So many other heroes that do so much more than her. This is how telluria, xno, etc… get hit with the nerfs that everyone ends up hating. Once released, changes shouldn’t be made. It is what it is…
Full disclosure, I was lucky enough to get her in my 20 pulls, so…yeah, I am biased lol. But I do believe there are stronger heroes than her that aren’t tile specific. Without tiles she’s just a good sniper
She is the most powerful hero if there are a lot of dark tiles on the board when she fires. Since there are 35 tiles total on the board and she needs 12 to max her damage output, the theoretical limit is not going to happen often.
Perhaps a calculation showing how many tiles are needed for her to be the hardest hitter in the game (if she is).
She will be brutal if firing again into opponents already suffering from DD or her EDD.
Was shocked to see her released version be improved from the beta version.
I have her so really, really don’t want her to be nerfed.
Will hold off judgement until I face her on defenses. Faced only one so far but my boards were “can’t lose” so it wasn’t a fair test.
i guess most that call her balanced were lucky enough (or spent enough) to get her
or maybe are more into other aspects when they are rating heroes
on paper shes stupid op really - shes like modern day anne with those insane stats -
but the thing is why she may be more easy to handle than anne or jove in their primetime because now we do have much better heroes to counter those damage monsters
and we know with that newfound powercreep in stats her stats may be outdated quite soon (lets see how many stat “balances” she gets granted by SG lol) which may bring the same fate to her which jove is currently suffering from on top level
but at least she will stay very relevant on mythic titans for a long time - even if other heroes surpass her stats in some months by 100 or 200 power level
Unless you’re fighting in the top-100 I doubt anyone here would ever encounter her. She’s strong but the odds to get her are next to nothing, much lower than any non super elemental hero.
personally if it happens to nerf that fast a hero that i have spent money for i will request a refund. I m new to this game, but for reasons like this Apple restored me 1300$ in another game.
Not to mention that at least for me, the hero seems very difficult to get activated. indeed purple tiles pop up but they are spread all over the board and is hard to match them, so i have a lot of other average heroes in that set that most of the time in the last two days get triggered faster then Farrah that is hast speed
I haven’t voted as I do not know yet. She is reliant on tiles and this can reduce the overall effectiveness of her naturally, or greatly enhance it.
I don’t have Anne to compare against, but having fought Anne plenty of times I think I would actually prefer Anne for Defense over Farrah, because Anne will hit almost always hit harder to all 5 enemies if conditions are right. You know who will be hit or not based on her conditional requirement. Farrah though is going to be more random for targets hit and how many hits occur.
That said, Farrah will be more effective than Anne in the later part of the battles.
I will know more when I get her all the way up. Didn’t expect nor chase her, was just trying to flesh out my Dark and ended up with her. Not luck, because money was spent…
For the first hit yes, but not for the additional hits assuming she hits 5 targets like Anne can (with conditions met).
This is a rough calculation, based on a decrease each time of 15% from Anne’s additional hits, and a initial decrease from 500% to 200% for Farrah, with subsequent 15% for each additional hit after…but it will follow like so:
@ 4/80 - Anne damage per target assuming targets defense absorbs 90% of the damage.
450
337
253
190
142
@ 4/80 - Farrah damage per target assuming targets defense absorbs 90% of the damage.
Of course I haven’t yet crunched the numbers for being maxed out with talents and LB2, in which case a few of Farrah’s hits potentially could hit harder than Anne’s.
Regardless, for consistency’s sake I would rather field Anne on defense over Farrah. Of course, people who have both can field both
