If you think Cecilia is well-balanced, too strong, or too weak — why?
Are there specific, concrete suggestions you’d make to the game designers to alter Cecilia ? Or are there specific reasons you think they should remain unchanged?
Purpose of this thread:
To provide an aggregate place for the topic here on the forum; thus preventing there being a million threads popping up. And to provide an actual set of impartial votes rather than a Ideas & Feature Requests which has no real voting.
In short, to neaten the forum and to give players and outlet for their thoughts on his balance without bogging down the rest of the forum or the other Cecilia thread.
I possess her and consider her to be a well-rounded hero. I am perplexed by the notion that she is weak, as I believe she will excel as a defensive hero. She give herself and allies the ability to dodge for three turns and boosted health for each dodge which is fantastic. By the time her skill is over, you can expect a health boost of approximately 750 or more every time she activates. 500 boosted health would’ve been Too Much to be honest
It’s really odd that so many people complain about power creep, yet, when a balanced hero comes out, their entire world stops because it isn’t game-destroying. I need us, as a community, to pick a struggle.

For example, the mana speed has been changed to very fast, because many skills are now changed to always hit heroes, so her evasion buff has no presence at all in the current heroes
Heroes are supposed to be designed with the qualities they were designed with which players become familiar. It does no good to make all new heroes supercharged and further push power creep. Just leave as is.
Two and half months after this thread was last updated I summoned Cecilia. I looked closely at her abilities and mana speed and decided I like them.
Could she be stronger? Of course, SG has some monsters running amok and Cecilia is not one of those.
The “Always hits the target” heroes do of course nullify an key part of her special. Depending in which arena you battle that may not matter much or it could be a huge thing. I see a ton of Astral Elves and the ilk while raiding and in wars so she won’t be for every battle.
For Attacking raids and events she should still work perfectly well as long as you remember not to bring her to battles where the “Can’t Miss” heroes are defending.
For Defense at high level she is vulnerable and not a Meta hero.
For War, if the alliance has a lot of Dodge heroes it could work as most alliances have a limited number of “Can’t Miss” heroes although buff blockers and dispellers will remain options for the attackers. No buffer is immune to this but her Fast mana speed will ensure she has a good chance of firing early in the battle.
As an owner I would be delighted with a buff, without one she is on my shortlist for mats (began feeding her).
The reduction of the heal on dodge from Beta to live feels excessive (500 HP per dodge down to 250 HP), anyone that loved the beta version will obviously feel that she is lacking in live game.
