Help with my teams! Who should I max?

I need help deciding who to level and who to ignore. I need help building mono teams and have a few leveled. Who who here do you think I should be working on and to max?

  1. Is Oberkan worth leveling to 3.70 or max?
  2. Is there anyone I overlooked that I should level?

Chakko is better than Obakan IMO, you can max some more 4* before another 5* and maybe something new will come.

I would max:

PURPLE
Stonecleave → Sabina → Merlin → Gafar/Cyprian/5*

YELLOW
Wu-kong → Vivi → second Mist

BLUE
Alexandrine → Jott/Boril → C. of diamonds

GREEN
Caedmon → Elradir → Jack

RED
Zenobia → Kelile → c.Colen → c.Gormek - Shadereave/5* (Khagan isn’t bad but maybe something better will come)
