As @bud Sid, under-trained heroes are weak. Please go back and read my earlier reply.

1. Matched-color training
2. Choose on hero per color and finish it (or get to mat block)
3. Build a 3* team, then 4* before 5*. I’ll bet you didn’t get the tabard from Morlovia. Did you get the trap tools even?
