I don’t know who to level to fourth tier khiona or victor which hero would you choose
Khiona by far has more utility then Victor IMO. You get a sniper, attack buff x 3, and an elemental link. Better effect on game state change. Victor on the other hand, hits like a pillow and is made for drawing out the battle.
Yeah Khiona would be my choice too
