Help me decide which 2 blues to limit break? [Poll]

I’ve been holding back with my blues as the decision isn’t as clear to me as it is with my other colours. I’ve got enough aethers to limit break two blues, any ideas?

My current blue limit broken heroes are Milena, Quintin and C. Ariel.

I have waddles and i love the shifting mindless. Limit breaking might make bubbles kill more… But live longer… But she will be amazing for years to come. M&m will likely be the tank of the future… So Horace her and make get impossible to kill.

I do have a limit broken pengi… Love the guy…But… Not quite as useful as the shifting mindless.

Thanks all! I see it’s pretty close between Mr Pengi & Bubbles but I guess the penguin probably can get more out of the LB due to the increased attack.
