You’ve got great heroes and tons of materials.

Focusing on the 5* you can ascend:

Ariel and Frida;
Gregorian;
Mitsuko;
Drake;
Khiona.

That will use all your available 4* mats and will take some time to do. By then you’ll like have enough scopes to take up another blue. I’d probably not take Richard or a second Magni all the way and see what else you pull or get from the TC.
