I just won Leônidas in Ct20. I already have a Malosi and a Neith maximized. Which one should I go up now: the second Malosi or the Leonidas?
Personally, I like diversity. I don’t have two of any 5* leveled. On that note, I’d go Leo. But Malosi may be a better Leo (yeah not the same skill, but similar enough). Might be nice to have two of him. I may go that way in this case.

Hard to say as I don’t have Malosi, but I do have Leo at 80, and he is solid but not spectacular. I struggle to recommend him as game changing, but he isn’t terrible when stacking
Honestly, if you’re pulling in the Sand event, or Guardians, you would prefer Roc or Gazelle (probably not Owl). If you’re not pulling, and really want to put someone up now, I would agree with @littleKAF and put Leo up - I agree that dupes are less attractive in most cases

In my honest opinion, and I am in exactly the same position, a maxed Malosi with a duplicate and Leonidas sat at 3/70. I too much prefer variety but in this case I am going with a 2nd Malosi to help in wars. Leonidas is still good At 3/70 when colour stacking.

I would recommend Leo. Him alone may not be noticeable, but I use him very often together with another mana reducers, Mitsuko, Neith or even Chao and Li Xiu
You will be able to prolong the fight since your opponents will have to compensate the reduced mana from your squad. He will heal himself too, which is good in a sense.
And it is true that he is good but not great.
