When using Hell and Alberich together in one team their elemental link does not stack and overwrites each other.
I‘m wondering because the buffs are marked as not dispellable.
I know that the buff is the same, but if this is no bug, the family bonus from 2017 somehow losses some value.

This is working as intended. When they introduced family bonuses for hotm, identical element links wouldn’t even refresh. It was only on v45 that it was changed so that if you cast a similar element link, while not stacking, it at least refreshes the duration.
