My Frida atm is at 8? So I can strip her for my heimdall once hes maxed

Oh can I get your opinion on another thing? I have onatel at 4, but I have a kiril at 20. Is it worth pulling emblems from him or should I just keep them there since hes a useful 4star anyways?
Strip him, if you don’t use him often. My Kiril will definitely keep a bunch of emblems. His buffs are awesome and he has to fight in high diamond. Also there’s no need for a hurry. Just put further emblems to the next cool option.
If onatel is in your war defense I’d pull em from kiril
But that also depends on your alliance
How to spend emblems was a group decision for us
Which if you keep them on kiril, you can still take onatel quite aways anyhow
So totally up to you
