Quite a few missing here from each category:

1. Healer - Ares, c.Rigard, Tarlak, Gazelle
2. Cleanser - Kunchen, Aeron, Lady Locke, Gazelle (pseudo-cleanser since she removes all other abilities)
3. Dispeller- Chameleon, Slow White

Next step might be to create separate tables by *, class and color. It would be more valuable to have a priority list on emblems than on simply leveling up heroes. I suspect a lot of people have a lot of these heroes maxed already on level but not at all on emblems.

IMO any costumed healer that goes for x% at once toXXX hp over several turns which can be rebuffed is a step down. But maxing the cosutum levels both sides of the hero. I that hero is heavily emblemed, it take a 4* to a full 5* My +20 C-Rigard is 699,763,1464
