Status ailments could include anything that is negative, that can include stacks. Elradir’s skill reflects 100% of damage from ailments, more specifically, any damage related to Damage over time.

Is there any example of special attack or passive ability that affects stacks without an explicit phrase is description? I haven’t seen any.
This happened to me as well with skadi… But she killed 1 person. And 3 stacks reflected back at her… Which was from the 3 surviving heroes…
This is a ton of reflected ailments back… Including what appears to be stacks from skadi… 3x… Even though just one died… So
So… Some of them are from el nad’s family bonus… But… Man… This seems like poor programming…
