how long until advanced farm is delivered ham and is there any way to make it automatically collect there also should be way to upgrade all food to increase your food all advanced building

No way that I know of to auto collect ham. And advanced farms we are currently limited to three. I imagine that will be increased when stronghold goes beyond 25. Generally we only get to save as much as needed to max the buildings.
You can collect ham any time the ham icon is there, you just don’t get as much because there hasn’t been as much time to generate it.
