Summons are like Tim Horton’s Roll Up The Rim contest. You CAN win big but usually you win the chance to pull again.
What is this Tim Horton's you speak of?
Note: Tim Horton’s is a coffee shop chain in Canada and (maybe?) parts of the US. They run an annual contest where you roll up the coffee cup rim to see what the prize is. It can range from a free coffee to a car. Most say “Sorry, please play again”.
