I’ve got a group of 12 - most of us are level 50+ long-time teammates (multiple years). We’re very casual, but looking for active players. A merger may be our best option - but we’d only want to merge with a similar group. Posting in game chat occasionally - but there isn’t much opportunity for discussion there. Sorry I didn’t respond earlier. The probelm with these mergers is control. i think there’s a very good chance that we could work well together, but after being together for so long - we’re apprehensive about giving up control.
If you wanted to join us, we could work on a co-leadership structure, but we’d want to retain our current leader (I’m a co-leader). We could make a commitment that none of your core members would be subject to removal unless a majority of you agreed to that (We’ve never ejected anyone, for what it’s worth).
Our philosophies look to be the same. Freedom to play the game - with an expectation to try to support your teammates. We haven’t penalized people for missing out on wars they signed up for, but we dont want it to be a recurring issue.
Would be happy to discuss further. It would be nice to be able to fight some bigger Titans.

We do not boot anyone for game playing, but we do have a demerit system. Get 5 demerits and you are asked to sit out 1 war.

I wouldn’t expect you to give up control whatsoever. I think we’d be a good fit as well. I’m figuring my people would just be joining your alliance since there’s only 6 of us. If you want to make me a co-leader, cool, if not whatever, we’ll figure it out later. At this point, I’m just tired of having people join and then leave shortly or just stop playing. I’ve tried recruiting and that isn’t working. Joining forces with a larger group is our best option. Of the six of us, everyone always gets on & attacks the titan at least once a day, and it is very rare that someone doesn’t play all war flags. A couple of our older members have health problems, that on occasion interfere, but they always tell us about, so we know they’re not just blowing us off. Since today is a war, obviously I would not want to try to move everyone over to your alliance today. Maybe tomorrow or Friday, as long as that is still fine with your alliance.
