Great question @EarlVerdant. I imagine competition is more fierce nowadays, even though I had these problems in the early days, too. I’ll give you my pointers, but I think it would be beneficial to talk to @Aquaginera_7DD too, who can help much more with recruiting tips for the current state of the game.
